Welcome to Element Herbs: Ancient Herbal Wisdom for Modern Healing

Long before I ever heard the word herbalism, I was already in conversation with the plants. I spent my childhood barefoot in the woods, climbing trees, picking wild berries, and learning from the quiet language of nature. I didn’t know it then, but those moments were the beginning of a lifelong love for plants and their power to heal.

Element Herbs was born from that love, cultivated over the past sixteen years through study, clinical work, and a deep reverence for nature’s medicine cabinet. I hold a Master’s degree in Herbal Medicine and have spent much of my life learning from both traditional texts and hands-on experience. This apothecary is an extension of my heart, offering herbal blends rooted in ancient wisdom and designed to support your body in today’s busy, overstimulating world.

My approach is deeply holistic. Every product is made with intention, using time-honored formulations that address not just the symptom but the root cause. I believe in the intelligence of the body and the subtle, steady support that herbs can provide when we listen and align with the rhythms of nature.

Whether you are navigating hormonal shifts, looking to improve your sleep, support fertility, or simply seeking more balance in your day-to-day life, there is a simple remedy available. And more importantly, there is a way to work with plants that is respectful, sustainable, and empowering.

Element Herbs offers small-batch tinctures, loose-leaf teas, and custom herbal formulas, with each product hand-blended and formulated to seasonal needs. I also offer tele-health herbal consults for those who want personalized care and guidance.

This work is part of an ancient relationship between people and plants, one that has been tended for generations. I am honored to be part of that lineage, and I am so glad you are here.

🌿 Herbal Tip for Spring: Nettles for Allergies

Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) is one of my favorite herbal allies in the springtime. It is a powerhouse herb for allergy relief, rich in minerals and acting as a natural antihistamine. Try drinking a daily infusion of dried nettles, steeped for at least 7-10 minutes, to help ease seasonal allergies and strengthen your body’s response to environmental triggers.

From my heart to your hearth, welcome to Element Herbs.

Let the healing begin.

To your health,

Kendall Ash
